Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Credits

Once credits are purchased and added to your Lemon Labs account, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Payment Failures

If a payment fails but the amount has been deducted, Lemon Labs will initiate a refund to the original payment source within 14 days.

3. Exceptional Cases

Lemon Labs may consider issuing refunds for issues beyond normal operating procedures at its sole discretion.
